			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>Il Geomarketing é quel ramo del marketing che si occupa di unire aspetti relativi alla &#8220;Geografia&#8221; con aspetti relative &#8220;alle vendite&#8221;. Per farla molto breve grazie ad una analisi di Geomarketing é possibile stabilire la presenza della concorrenza su un territorio o anche i nostri fatturati per regione o stato. In pratica possiamo capire dove siamo carenti e quali azioni possiamo possiamo. Lo strumento per la PMI che é nato per questo uso si chiama <a title="MapPoint" href="http://www.microsoft.com/italy/products/mappoint/" target="_blank">MapPoint</a> ed é prodotto da Microsoft ed é un semplice programma cartografico simile al Tom Tom. Una caratteristica del MapPoint é che non fa un bel niente: avrete bisogno di un file Excel dove mettere i dati perché lui li analizzi. Questa stretta relazione Excel &#8211; MapPoint é per alcuni versi frustante ma se si ha la pazienza di imparare questo programma le soddisfazioni non tarderanno ad arrivare. Il prezzo al pubblico IVA compresa é di circa 400 e per quello che Microsoft ti dà lo reputo molto caro. Tuttavia se si guardano i risultati che si possono raggiungere con un software del genere il prezzo é più che giustificato.</p>

<p>Ecco cosa ti può succedere: fuori fare brand ti te stesso perché sei un consulente. Fai un sito come il mio e registri il dominio con il tuo nome. Scrivi qualche articolo magari anche carino ma vedi, magari dopo mesi, che se digiti il tuo nome su Google vengono fuori tutti i siti del mondo tranne che quello che fa riferimento al tuo sito. Esempio? Quello che é successo a me. Mi aspetto che le ricerche si facciano per &#8220;Michele Zanchin&#8221;. Una piccola negligenza con una impostazione di WordPress mi ha portato a scrivere i post con il nick &#8220;michelezanchin&#8221;. Se digito &#8220;michelezanchin&#8221; su Google appare il mio sito sul quale sto lavorando da un pò. Ma é ben difficile che qualcuno mi cerchi per &#8220;michelezanchin&#8221;. Chi vuole sapere qualcosa di più su di me cercherà &#8220;Michele Zanchin&#8221;. Adesso che ho apportato questa correzione apportata vedremo cosa succederà su Google tra 15 giorni quando digitero&#8217; il mio nome. Un&#8217;altra cosa: avevo messo in vista tutti gli articoli fatti ma c&#8217;é un problema con la densità delle parole chiave così ho ridotti a 10 gli articoli presenti in ogni pagina. Dove si possono imparare queste cose? Certamente on line. Dare piccoli prestiti ai poveri a tassi di mercato, senza garanzie, affinché avviino una attività di qualsiasi tipo.</p>
<p>La sua banca da <a title="Grameen" href="http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grameen_Bank" target="_blank">Grameen Bank</a> é una delle banche più grandi al mondo e la Grameen Holding conta circa 20 società con cui trae profitto fornendo &#8220;ai poveri&#8221; servizi speciali.</p>
<p>Nessuna forma di carità, ma business sociale. Capacità di capire una domanda e di offrire un servizio. Puro marketing&#8230;ma poetico in questo caso perché la società con la quale Yunus é diventato ricco sta facendo cambiare la faccia del Bangladesh.</p>
<p>&#8220;Un mondo senza povertà&#8221; é una lettura obbligata per chi voglia capire cosa significa &#8220;cogliere le oppurtinità del mercato&#8221;.</p>

Le caratteristiche in questione possono essere sintetizzate in 3R:</p>
